OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR (Europe RHD w/Deck models, Europe and G.C.C. Countries LHD models)

    Tech Tips


    • Installation is in the reverse order of removal. But, the installation is indicated only when it has a point.

    • In the RH side, work in the same procedure as in the LH side.


    1. Remove the outer rear view mirror assembly LH.


      1. Remove the clearance lamp lens & body LH.

      2. A01KHXSE01

        Remove the outer mirror grommet as shown in the illustration.

      3. A01KGZD

        Using a screwdriver, remove the outer mirror bezel.

        Tech Tips

        Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

      4. A01KI9N

        Using a screwdriver, remove the outer mirror cover LH.

        Tech Tips

        Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

      5. A01KEW5

        Remove the 4 bolts and outer rear view mirror assembly LH.

  2. REMOVE OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR (Europe RHD and LHD Wide Deck models, S. Africa Wide Deck models)

    • Installation is in the reverse order of removal. But, the installation is indicated only when it has a point.

    1. Remove the outer rear view mirror assembly LH.

        Remove the screw and using a screwdriver, remove the outer mirror cover LH.

        Tech Tips

        Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

      2. A01KIKU

        Remove the 3 bolts, 2 nuts and outer rear view mirror assembly LH.

  3. REMOVE OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR (G.C.C. Countries RHD models)


    1. A01KEAB

      Remove the outer rear view mirror assembly RH.


      1. Remove the 3 bolts and mirror assembly RH.

    2. Remove the outer rear view mirror assembly LH.


      1. Remove the clearance lamp lens & body LH.

        Remove the outer mirror grommet as shown in the illustration.

      3. A01KF54

        Using a screwdriver, remove the outer mirror bezel.

        Tech Tips

        Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

      4. A01KFKK

        Using a screwdriver, remove the outer mirror cover LH.

        Tech Tips

        Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

      5. A01KHHZ

        Remove the 4 bolts and outer rear view mirror assembly LH.
