BACK WINDOW GLASS (for Dump Truck) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)

      Remove the 4 screws and front door scuff plate LH.

  2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)

  3. REMOVE QUARTER TRIM PANEL LOWER LH (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)

      Disengage the meshing of 2 clips to remove the quarter trim panel lower LH.

  4. REMOVE QUARTER TRIM PANEL LOWER RH (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)

  5. REMOVE FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)

      Using a screwdriver, remove the shoulder anchor cover.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    2. Remove the bolt and shoulder anchor LH.

  6. REMOVE FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)


    1. A01KHHV

      Using a screwdriver, remove the shoulder anchor cover.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    2. Remove the bolt and shoulder anchor RH.

  7. REMOVE QUARTER INSIDE TRIM BOARD LH (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE, W/O E GRADE)

  8. REMOVE QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY FRONT RH (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE, W/O E GRADE)

  9. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP PLUG (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)

  10. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP ASSEMBLY NO.2 LH (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)


    1. Remove the 2 screws and assist grip assembly No. 2 LH.

  11. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP ASSEMBLY NO.2 RH (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)

  12. REMOVE FRONT PILLAR GARNISH LH (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)


    1. A01KECP

      Using a screwdriver, remove the 2 clips and front pillar garnish LH.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  13. REMOVE FRONT PILLAR GARNISH RH (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)

  14. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM LH (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)

  15. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM RH (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)

  16. REMOVE COAT HOOK (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)


    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Using a roof moulding remover, remove the coat hook.

  17. REMOVE ROOM LAMP ASSEMBLY NO.1 (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)

  18. REMOVE LH VISOR ASSEMBLY (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)


    1. Remove the 2 screws and LH visor assembly.

  19. REMOVE RH VISOR ASSEMBLY (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)

  20. REMOVE VISOR HOLDER (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)


    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Using a roof moulding remover, remove the visor holder.

  21. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP ASSEMBLY REAR (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)

  22. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)


    1. Remove the claw and cover.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and inner rear view mirror assembly.

  23. REMOVE ROOM LAMP ASSEMBLY NO.1 (DOUBLE CAB CAB TYPE)

  24. REMOVE ROOF PANEL REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY (DOUBLE CAB CAB TYPE)


    1. Remove the 4 bolts and roof panel reinforcement sub-assembly.

  25. REMOVE ROOF SILENCER NO.2 (DOUBLE CAB CAB TYPE)


    1. A01KIJE

      Using a clip remover, remove the 17 clips.

    2. Remove the roof silencer No. 2.

  26. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY

      Using a clip remover, remove the 3 clips and the roof headlining.

  27. REMOVE BACK PANEL GARNISH UPPER (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE, G GRADE)

  28. REMOVE BACK WINDOW GLASS (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)

    1. Pry the lip of the weatherstrip outward from the interior part of the body flange.

    2. Pull the glass outwards, and remove it with the weatherstrip. (Non reusable weatherstrip)

    3. A01KHAI

      From the inside of the vehicle, cut off the weatherstrip as shown. (Non reusable weatherstrip)

      Note

      Be careful not damage the body and glass.

    4. Remove the back window glass.

  29. REMOVE BACK WINDOW WEATHERSTRIP KEY (DOUBLE CAB CAB TYPE)


    1. A01KI84

      Using a screwdriver, remove the back window weatherstrip key.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

      Note

      Be careful not damage the body and glass.

  30. REMOVE BACK WINDOW GLASS (DOUBLE CAB CAB TYPE)


    1. A01KGFC

      Pull the glass outwards, and remove back window glass.

  31. REMOVE BACK WINDOW GLASS WEATHERSTRIP


    1. Remove the back window glass weatherstrip from the back window glass.
