  1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)

      Remove the 4 screws and front door scuff plate LH.

  2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH (DOUBLE CAB CAB TYPE)

      Remove the 4 screws and front door scuff plate LH.

  3. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)

  4. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH (DOUBLE CAB CAB TYPE)

  5. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP PLUG (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)

  6. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP PLUG (DOUBLE CAB CAB TYPE)

  7. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP ASSEMBLY NO.2 LH (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)


    1. Remove the 2 screws and assist grip assembly No. 2 LH.

  8. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP ASSEMBLY NO.2 LH (DOUBLE CAB CAB TYPE)


    1. Remove the 2 screws and assist grip assembly No. 2 LH.

  9. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP ASSEMBLY NO.2 RH (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)

  10. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP ASSEMBLY NO.2 RH (DOUBLE CAB CAB TYPE)

  11. REMOVE FRONT PILLAR GARNISH LH (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)

      Using a screwdriver, remove the 2 clips and front pillar garnish LH.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

      Using a screwdriver, remove the 2 clips and front pillar garnish LH.

  19. REMOVE LH VISOR ASSEMBLY (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)


    1. Remove the 2 screws and LH visor assembly.

  20. REMOVE LH VISOR ASSEMBLY (DOUBLE CAB CAB TYPE)


    1. Remove the 2 screws and LH visor assembly.

  21. REMOVE RH VISOR ASSEMBLY (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)

  22. REMOVE RH VISOR ASSEMBLY (DOUBLE CAB CAB TYPE)

  23. REMOVE VISOR HOLDER (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)


    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Using a roof moulding remover, remove the visor holder.

  24. REMOVE VISOR HOLDER (DOUBLE CAB CAB TYPE)

  25. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)


    1. Remove the claw and cover.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and inner rear view mirror assembly.

  26. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY (DOUBLE CAB CAB TYPE)


    1. Remove a claw and cover.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and inner rear view mirror assembly.

  27. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY (SINGLE CAB CAB TYPE)

      Using a clip remover, remove the 9 clips and the roof headlining.

  29. REMOVE FRONT WIPER ARM HEAD CAP

  30. REMOVE FRONT WIPER ARM LH

      Remove the nut and FR wiper arm LH.

  31. REMOVE FRONT WIPER ARM RH

      Remove the nut and FR wiper arm RH.

  32. REMOVE CLEARANCE LAMP LENS & BODY LH

      Remove the screw.

    2. Pull out the clearance light lens & body LH forward, then disconnect the pin of body side.

    3. Disconnect the connectors.

  33. REMOVE CLEARANCE LAMP LENS & BODY RH

      Remove the screw.

    2. Pull out the clearance light lens & body LH forward, then disconnect the pin of body side.

    3. Disconnect the connectors.

  36. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR COVER LH

  37. REMOVE OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY LH

  39. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR BEZEL

  40. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR COVER RH

  41. REMOVE OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY RH

  42. REMOVE FRONT WASHER NOZZLE HOLDER

      Remove the nut and front washer nozzle holder.

  43. REMOVE FRONT PANEL COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 8 clips.

    2. Pull out the front panel cover sub-assembly.

  44. REMOVE WINDSHIELD GLASS

      From the outside of the vehicle, cut off the weatherstrip as shown.

      Note

      Be careful not damage the body and glass.

    2. Remove the glass.

  45. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WEATHERSTRIP


    1. Remove the windshield weatherstrip from the windshield glass.
