      Inspect horn relay (Marking:Horn) continuity.

      Condition Tester connection Specified condition
      Constant 1 - 2 Continuity
      Apply B+ between terminals 1 and 2. 3 - 5 Continuity

      If continuity is not as specified, replace the relay.
