FRONT WIPER MOTOR REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE CLEARANCE LAMP LENS & BODY LH

      Remove the screw.

    2. Pull out the clearance light lens & body LH forward, then disconnect the pin of body side.

    3. Disconnect the connectors.

  2. REMOVE CLEARANCE LAMP LENS & BODY RH

      Remove the screw.

    2. Pull out the clearance light lens & body LH forward, then disconnect the pin of body side.

    3. Disconnect the connectors.

  3. REMOVE FRONT WIPER ARM HEAD CAP

  4. REMOVE FR WIPER ARM LH

      Remove the nut and FR wiper arm LH.

  5. REMOVE FR WIPER ARM RH

      Remove the nut and FR wiper arm RH.

  6. REMOVE FRONT WASHER NOZZLE HOLDER

      Remove the nut and front washer nozzle holder.

  7. REMOVE FRONT VALANCE PANEL LH (RHD STEERING POSITION TYPE)

    Tech Tips


    • Installation is in the reverse order of removal. But, the installation is indicated only when it has a point.

    • In the RH side, work in the same procedure as in the LH side.


    1. Remove the outer rear view mirror assembly LH.


      1. Remove the clearance lamp lens & body LH.

      2. A01KHXSE01

        Remove the outer mirror grommet as shown in the illustration.

      3. A01KGZD

        Using a screwdriver, remove the outer mirror bezel.

        Tech Tips

        Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

      4. A01KI9N

        Using a screwdriver, remove the outer mirror cover LH.

        Tech Tips

        Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

      5. A01KEW5

        Remove the 4 bolts and outer rear view mirror assembly LH.

  8. REMOVE FRONT VALANCE PANEL RH (LHD STEERING POSITION TYPE)

    Tech Tips


    • Installation is in the reverse order of removal. But, the installation is indicated only when it has a point.

    • In the RH side, work in the same procedure as in the LH side.


    1. Remove the outer rear view mirror assembly LH.

        Remove the screw and using a screwdriver, remove the outer mirror cover LH.

        Tech Tips

        Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

      2. A01KIKU

        Remove the 3 bolts, 2 nuts and outer rear view mirror assembly LH.

  9. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR GROMMET

  10. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR BEZEL

  11. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR COVER LH

  12. REMOVE FRONT PANEL COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 8 clips.

    2. Pull out the front panel cover sub-assembly.

  13. REMOVE FRONT WIPER MOTOR & BRACKET ASSEMBLY

      Turn the boot.

    2. Remove the wiper link assembly from front wiper motor & bracket assembly.

    3. A01KGDS

      Remove the 4 bolts and front wiper motor & bracket assembly.
