FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY REMOVAL


  1. SEPARATE BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL (W/ SRS AIRBAG)

  2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH


    1. A01KIOU

      Remove the 4 screws and front door scuff plate RH.

  3. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the RH side.

  4. REMOVE QUARTER TRIM PANEL LOWER RH

      Disengage the meshing of 2 clips and remove the hook of front side to remove the quarter trim panel lower RH.

  5. REMOVE QUARTER TRIM PANEL LOWER LH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the RH side.

  6. REMOVE FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A01KHA7

      Disconnect the pretensioner connector (w/ SRS airbag).

    2. Remove the bolt and floor anchor.

    3. A01KHYF

      Using a screwdriver, remove the shoulder anchor cover.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    4. Remove the shoulder anchor bolt.

    5. Remove the 2 bolts and front seat outer belt assembly RH.

  7. REMOVE FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

      Disconnect the pretensioner connector (w/ SRS airbag).

    2. Remove the bolt and floor anchor.

    3. A01KI0Z

      Using a screwdriver, remove the shoulder anchor cover.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    4. Remove the shoulder anchor bolt.

    5. Remove the 2 bolts and front seat outer belt assembly LH.
