FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY REMOVAL


  1. SEPARATE BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL (W/ SRS AIRBAG)

  2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH


    1. A01KIOU

      Remove the 4 screws and front door scuff plate RH.

  3. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

  4. REMOVE QUARTER TRIM PANEL LOWER RH


    1. A01KGYM

      Disengage the meshing of 2 clips and remove the hook of front side to remove the quarter trim panel lower RH.

  5. REMOVE QUARTER TRIM PANEL LOWER LH

  6. REMOVE FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A01KHA7

      Disconnect the pretensioner connector (w/ SRS air bag).

    2. Remove the bolt and floor anchor.

    3. A01KHYF

      Using a screwdriver, remove the shoulder anchor cover.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    4. Remove the shoulder anchor bolt.

    5. Remove the bolt and front seat outer belt assembly RH (w/o SRS air bag).

    6. Remove the 2 bolts and front seat outer belt assembly RH (w/ SRS air bag).

  7. REMOVE FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Disconnect the pretensioner connector (w/ SRS air bag).

    2. Remove the bolt and floor anchor.

      Using a screwdriver, remove the shoulder anchor cover.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    4. Remove the shoulder anchor bolt.

    5. Remove the bolt and front seat outer belt assembly LH.
