FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Install the front seat inner belt assembly LH with the bolt, as shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 420 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL FRONT SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY CENTER


    1. A01KEWEE02

      Install the front seat lap type belt assembly center with the bolt, as shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 420 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY (PASSENGER SEAT)(TILT CAB CAB TYPE)


    1. Install the front seat cushion assembly LH with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      19 N*m  { 194 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }

    2. Install the bolt covers.

  4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY (PASSENGER SEAT)(TILT CAB CAB TYPE)


    1. Install the front seat cushion assembly RH with the 4 nuts.

      Torque:
      12.5 N*m  { 127 kgf*cm, 9.2 ft.*lbf }

    2. Install the bolt covers.

  5. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY (PASSENGER SEAT)(TILT CAB CAB TYPE)


    1. Install the seat cushion assembly RH with the 4 nuts.

      Torque:
      12.5 N*m  { 127 kgf*cm, 9.2 ft.*lbf }

    2. Install the silencer with clips.

  6. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Install the front seat inner belt assembly with the nut to the front seat assembly LH.

      Torque:
      40.2 N*m  { 410 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

  7. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (DRIVER SEAT)


    1. Temporarily install front side of the front seat assembly RH with the 2 bolts.

    2. Install the 2 rear side bolts.

      Torque:
      39.0 N*m  { 398 kgf*cm, 29 ft.*lbf }

    3. Tighten the 2 front side bolts.

      Torque:
      39.0 N*m  { 398 kgf*cm, 29 ft.*lbf }

    4. Install the seat track cover.

  8. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (DRIVER SEAT)


    1. Temporarily install front side of the front seat assembly LH with the 2 bolts.

    2. Install the 2 rear side bolts.

      Torque:
      39.0 N*m  { 398 kgf*cm, 29 ft.*lbf }

    3. Tighten the 2 front side bolts.

      Torque:
      39.0 N*m  { 398 kgf*cm, 29 ft.*lbf }

    4. Install the seat track cover.
