AIR CONDITIONING PANEL INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL HEATER OR BOOST VENTILATOR CONTROL ASSEMBLY

      Install the inner cable end of the air mix damper control cable to the heater control lever.

    2. Install the outer cable of the air mix damper control cable to the cable clamp.

      Tech Tips

      Operating the heater control knob and check that it properly stops at both ends of MAX. COOL and MAX. HOT and no recoil is identified.

    3. A01KF9U

      Install the heater or boost ventilator control assembly with the 3 screws.

    4. A01KG3U

      Install the heater blower switch assembly and bulb.

    5. A01KHVV

      Install the inner cable end of the air inlet damper control cable to the control lever.

    6. Install the outer cable of the air inlet damper control cable to the cable clamp.

      Tech Tips

      Operating the R/F control knob, check that it properly stops at both ends of RECIRC and FRESH and no recoil is identified.

    7. A01KEBO

      Install the inner cable end of the defroster damper control cable to the heater control lever.

    8. Install the outer cable of the defroster damper control cable to the cable clamp.

      Tech Tips

      Operating the heater control knob and check that it properly stops at both ends of FACE and DEF and no recoil is identified.
