BLOWER UNIT REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE

      Remove the screw and 9 clips and radiator grille.

  2. REMOVE CLEARANCE LAMP LENS & BODY LH (for LHD)

      Remove the screw.

    2. Pull out the clearance light lens & body LH forward, then disconnect the pin of body side.

    3. Disconnect the connectors.

  3. REMOVE HEADLAMP UNIT ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the 3 screws.

      Release the 4 claws.

    3. Disconnect connectors.

    4. Pull out the headlight assembly LH forward and remove the headlight assembly LH.

      Remove the socket cover.

    6. Release the set spring, remove the headlight bulb No.1.

  4. REMOVE HEATER AIR FILTER

  5. REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM

  6. DISCONNECT COOLER REFRIGERANT SUCTION HOSE

  7. DISCONNECT LIQUID HOSE A

  8. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 5 screws<D>.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the glove compartment door assembly.

  9. REMOVE INSTRUMENT COVER LWR (for Wide Body)

  10. REMOVE INSTRUMENT COVER LOWER CENTER

  11. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the 2 bolts and the windshield washer jar.

    2. A01KFSD

      Disconnect the hose and connector from the washer pump.

  12. REMOVE COOLER UNIT ASSEMBLY

  13. REMOVE NO.1 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Wide Body)

  14. DISCONNECT AIR INLET DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the outer cable from the clamp.

    2. Remove the inner cable.

  15. REMOVE FRONT HEATER BLOWER ASSEMBLY


    1. Disconnect the heater blower motor connector.

    2. Disconnect the 2 connector holders from the heater blower.

      Remove the 3 bolts, nut and front heater blower assembly.

      The nut is inside the heater air filter.
