REAR HEATER UNIT (for Double Cab) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL REAR HEATER UNIT SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Attach 2 new O-rings to the 2 heater pipes.

    2. Connect the 2 heater pipes and attach the 2 clamps.

    3. Tighten the 2 clamp screws.

      Install the rear heater unit sub-assembly into the case.

  2. INSTALL REAR HEATER BLOWER MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Install the rear heater blower motor sub-assembly with the 3 bolts.

  3. INSTALL REAR HEATER BLOWER FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY

    A01KIA3

    1. Install the rear heater blower fan sub-assembly with the nut and washer.

      Torque:
      2.9 N*m  { 30 kgf*cm, 26 in.*lbf }

      Install the blower motor case with the 4 screws.

    3. A01KFVG

      Install the air duct with the 6 screws.

  4. INSTALL REAR HEATER BLOWER RESISTOR

    1. Install the rear heater blower resistor with the 2 screws.

    2. Connect the rear heater blower resistor connector.

    3. Connect the 2 noise filter connectors.
