REAR HEATER UNIT (for Double Cab) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE REAR HEATER BLOWER RESISTOR

    1. Disconnect the rear heater blower resistor connector.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and rear heater blower resistor.

    3. Disconnect the 2 noise filter connectors.

    4. Remove the noise filter from the rear heater assembly.

  2. REMOVE REAR HEATER BLOWER FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the 6 screws and air duct.

    2. A01KFBR

      Remove the 4 screws and blower motor case.

    3. A01KIA3

      Remove the nut, washer and rear heater blower fan sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE REAR HEATER BLOWER MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the 3 bolts and rear heater blower motor sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE REAR HEATER UNIT SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the rear heater unit sub-assembly from the case.

      Loosen the 2 clamp screws.

    3. Disconnect the 2 clamps and 2 heater pipes.

    4. Remove the 2 O-rings from the rear heater unit sub-assembly.
