REAR HEATER UNIT (for Double Cab) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE REAR HEATER BLOWER RESISTOR

      Remove the 2 screws and rear heater blower resistor.

  2. REMOVE REAR HEATER BLOWER FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 6 screws and air duct.

    2. A01KFT7

      Remove the 4 screws and blower motor case.

    3. A01KE8Z

      Remove the nut, washer and rear heater blower fan sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE REAR HEATER BLOWER MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01KIN2

      Remove the 3 bolts and rear heater blower motor sub- assembly.

  4. REMOVE REAR HEATER UNIT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01KEOZ

      Remove the rear heater unit sub-assembly from the case.

    2. A01KIIJ

      Remove the 2 clamps and heater pipe.

    3. Remove the 2 O-rings from the rear heater unit sub-assembly.
