REAR HEATER UNIT (for Double Cab) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH


    1. A01KERC

      Remove the 3 screws and rear door scuff plate LH.

  2. REMOVE REAR HEATER ASSEMBLY

      *1 Clamp

      Slide the clamp and disconnect the heater water inlet hose E.

    2. Slide the clamp and disconnect the heater water outlet hose E.

    3. A01KFZR

      Remove the floor carpet.

      Tech Tips

      Turn up the floor carpet to a certain extent so that the rear heater assembly can be remove.

    4. Remove the 3 bolts and nut.

    5. Disconnect the connector, remove the rear heater assembly.
