  1. INSPECT TEMPERATURE CONTROL SWITCH

    1. Check the resistance of the temperature control switch.


      1. Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance and check the results in accordance with the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1 - 2 Not Pushed (OFF) 10 kΩ or higher
        1 - 2 Pushed (ON) Below 1 Ω

        If the results is not as specified, replace the temperature control switch.
