  • When using a vice, do not overtighten.

  • When installing, coat the parts indicated by the arrows with power steering fluid Click here.


  1. REMOVE ENGINE SIDE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  2. DRAIN POWER STEERING FLUID

  3. SEPARATE OIL RESERVOIR TO PUMP HOSE NO.1


    1. Remove the clip and separate the oil reservoir to pump hose No. 1.

  4. SEPARATE PRESSURE FEED TUBE ASSEMBLY

    1. Using a spanner (24 mm) to hold the pressure port until, remove the union bolt and gasket.

  5. REMOVE VANE PUMP ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the 2 nuts and vane pump assembly.

    2. Remove the O-ring from the vane pump assembly.
