BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE OIL RESERVOIR TANK COVER LH (LHD STEERING POSITION TYPE)

  2. REMOVE OIL RESERVOIR TANK COVER RH (RHD STEERING POSITION TYPE)

  3. DRAIN BRAKE FLUID

    Note

    Do not let brake fluid remain on a painted surface. Wash it off immediately.

  4. REMOVE STEERING COLUMN COVER LWR


    1. Remove the 4 screws and steering column cover LWR.

  5. REMOVE STEERING COLUMN COVER UPR

  6. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL

  7. REMOVE COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the 3 screws from combination meter.

    2. Disconnect the 4 connectors and remove the combination meter.

  8. REMOVE BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Using union nut wrench 10 mm, disconnect the 2 brake tubes from the master cylinder.

    2. A01KGQL

      Disconnect the 2 reservoir tubes.

    3. A01KFFK

      Remove the 2 nuts, 2 bolts and master cylinder support.

    4. Pull out the brake master cylinder.
