BRAKE ACTUATOR REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE BRAKE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    2. A01KFNX

      Using union nut wrench 10 mm, disconnect the 5 brake tubes from the brake actuator.

      Tech Tips

      When disconnecting the brake tubes, use tags or make a memo to identify the place to reconnect.

    3. Remove the 3 bolts and brake actuator with bracket.

  2. REMOVE BRAKE ACTUATOR BRACKET ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the 2 nuts and brake actuator bracket from the brake actuator.

  3. REMOVE BRAKE ACTUATOR BOLT HOLDER


    1. Remove the 2 brake actuator bolt holders from the brake actuator.

  4. REMOVE BRAKE ACTUATOR BOLT CUSHION


    1. Remove the 3 brake actuator bolt cushions from the brake actuator.
