FRONT LOWER SUSPENSION ARM REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL

  2. SEPARATE SHOCK ABSORBER ASSEMBLY FRONT LH

    1. Remove the bolt and nut, disconnect the front shock absorber LH from the suspension lower arm.

  3. SEPARATE STABILIZER BAR FRONT

    1. Remove the 2 bolts, disconnect the stabilizer bar from the suspension lower arm.

  4. SEPARATE LOWER BALL JOINT ASSEMBLY FRONT LH


    1. Remove the cotter pin and castle nut.

      Using SST, disconnect the lower ball joint from suspension lower arm.

  5. REMOVE FRONT SUSPENSION ARM SUB-ASSEMBLY LOWER NO.1 LH

    1. Place matchmarks on the camber adjust cam No. 2 and front suspension toe adjust cam assembly.

      Remove the nut, washer, camber adjust cam No. 2, camber adjust cam assembly, bolt, front suspension toe adjust cam assembly, front suspension toe adjust plate No. 2 and front suspension lower arm No. 1 LH.

  6. REMOVE LOWER ARM BUSH

      Using SST and a press remove the lower arm bush (front).
