SHIFT AND SELECT LEVER SHAFT ASSEMBLY REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER SHAFT OIL SEAL


    1. A01KEPDE01

      Coat a new shift lever shaft oil seal with MP grease, using SST and a hammer, install it to the shift lever shaft housing.

  2. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER NO.2 SHAFT OIL SEAL


    1. A01KFSQE01

      Coat a new shift lever No. 2 shaft oil seal with MP grease, using SST and a hammer, install it to the shift lever shaft housing.

  3. INSTALL REVERSE RESTRICT PIN NO.1


    1. A01KFOW

      Coat the reverse restrict pin No. 1 with MP grease.

    2. Install the spring to the reverse restrict pin No. 1.

    3. Install the reverse restrict pin No.1 and spring to the shift lever shaft housing.

  4. INSTALL REVERSE RESTRICT PIN SLOTTED SPRING PIN

      Coat the reverse restrict slotted pin with MP grease, using a pin punch and a hammer, install it to the shift lever shaft housing.

  5. INSTALL SELECT SPRING SEAT NO.1

      Install the select spring seat No. 1 and spring to the shift lever shaft housing.

  6. INSTALL SHIFT & SELECT LEVER SHAFT


    1. A01KGCC

      Coat the shift & select lever shaft with MP grease.

    2. Install the shift & select lever and the shift & select lever shaft to the shift lever shaft housing.

  7. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER SHAFT SET SLOTTED SPRING PIN

      Using a pin punch and a hammer, install the shift lever shaft set slotted pin to the shift & select lever shaft.

  8. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER BOOT

      Install the shift lever boot to the shift lever shaft housing.

  9. INSTALL SHIFT OUTER LEVER NO.1


    1. A01KGFP

      Install the shift outer lever No. 1 to the shift & select lever shaft.

  10. INSTALL SHIFT OUTER LEVER LEVER LOCK PIN


    1. A01KGDK

      Install the shift outer lever lever lock pin and nut to the shift outer lever No. 1.

      Torque:
      12 N*m  { 120 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

  11. INSTALL SELECT LEVER SHAFT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01KF5P

      Coat the select lever shaft with MP grease, install it to the shift lever shaft housing.

  12. INSTALL SELECT OUTER LEVER


    1. A01KHNL

      Install the select outer lever and washer to the select lever shaft.

  13. INSTALL LEVER LOCK PIN NO.2


    1. A01KEOY

      Install the shift lever lock pin No. 2 and nut to the select outer lever.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m  { 80 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }
