INPUT SHAFT REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL INPUT SHAFT FRONT BEARING


    1. A01KHP2E01

      Using SST and a press, install a new input shaft front bearing to the input shaft.

      SST
      09950-60010   ( 09951-00570 )
      09950-70010   ( 09951-07100 )

      Note

      Set the snap ring groove of the input shaft front bearing to the front side.

  2. INSTALL FRONT BEARING SHAFT SNAP RING


    1. A01KHR7

      Select the front shaft snap ring so that the gap between the input shaft and the front bearing shaft will be within the specification, using SST, install it to the input shaft.

      Standard clearance
      0.1 mm (0.0039 in.) or less
      Mark Thickness mm (in.)
      A 2.10 to 2.15 (0.0827 to 0.0846)
      B 2.15 to 2.20 (0.0846 to 0.0866)
      C 2.20 to 2.25 (0.0866 to 0.0886)
      D 2.25 to 2.30 (0.0886 to 0.0906)
      E 2.30 to 2.35 (0.0906 to 0.0925)
      F 2.35 to 2.40 (0.0925 to 0.0945)
      G 2.40 to 2.45 (0.0945 to 0.0965)

  3. INSTALL INPUT SHAFT BEARING


    1. A01KFMCE03

      Apply gear oil to the input shaft bearing ring to the input shaft and install it to the input shaft.

  4. INSTALL SYNCHRONIZER RING NO.2


    1. A01KHKKE03

      Apply gear oil to the synchronizer ring No. 2 and install it to the input shaft.
