CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER (for 1KD-FTV) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER ASSEMBLY


    1. A01KFX0

      Install the clutch release cylinder with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      12 N*m  { 120 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER TO FLEXIBLE HOSE TUBE


    1. A01KEMEE02

      Using a union nut wrench, connect flexible hose tube B.

      Torque:
      15 N*m  { 155 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf }

    2. Using a union nut wrench, tighten flexible hose tube A.

      Torque:
      15 N*m  { 155 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf }

  3. ADD BRAKE FLUID

  4. BLEED CLUTCH LINE


    1. Fill the brake reservoir tank with brake fluid and bleed the clutch system.

      Torque:
      11 N*m  { 110 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

  5. INSPECT FOR BRAKE FLUID LEAK

  6. INSPECT BRAKE FLUID LEVEL IN RESERVOIR
