CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER ASSEMBLY

      Install the clutch release cylinder with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      11.8 N*m  { 120 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER TO FLEXIBLE HOSE TUBE


    1. A01KHLLE01

      Using a union nut wrench, connect the flexible hose tube B.

      Torque:
      15.2 N*m  { 155 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf }

    2. Using a union nut wrench, tighten the flexible hose tube A.

      Torque:
      15.2 N*m  { 155 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf }

  3. BLEED CLUTCH PIPE LINE


    1. Fill the reservoir tank with fluid bleed and clutch system.

      Torque:
      10.5 N*m  { 100 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

  4. CHECK CLUTCH FLUID LEAKAGE

  5. CHECK FLUID LEVEL IN RESERVOIR
