CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER KIT


    1. Install a new spring to the cylinder body.

    2. A01KIJ8

      Coat a new piston with lithium soap base glycol grease, as shown in the illustration.

    3. Install the piston to the cylinder body.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the inside of the cylinder body.

  2. INSTALL RELEASE CYLINDER BLEEDER PLUG


    1. Install the bleeder plug to the cylinder body.

      Torque:
      10.8 N*m  { 110 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER PUSH ROD NO.1


    1. Install the push rod to the release cylinder.

  4. INSTALL CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER BOOT


    1. Install the boot to the release cylinder.
