CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER ASSEMBLY


    1. A01KHNV

      Install the clutch master cylinder to the clutch pedal bracket with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      12.7 N*m  { 130 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER PUSH ROD CLEVIS W/HOLE PIN


    1. A01KHXX

      Apply MP grease to the contact surface of the hole pin and bush.

    2. Connect the clevis to the clutch pedal with the hole pin.

      Tech Tips

      Install the hole pin from the right side of the vehicle.

    3. Install the clip to the hole pin.

  3. INSTALL CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER TO 2 WAY TUBE


    1. A01KI6J

      Using a union nut wrench, connect the tube to the clutch master cylinder.

      Torque:
      19.5 N*m  { 199 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the clutch reservoir tube to the clutch master cylinder.

      Tech Tips

      Connect the clutch reservoir tube so that it will not be twisted.

  4. BLEED CLUTCH PIPE LINE


    1. Fill the reservoir tank with fluid bleed and clutch system.

      Torque:
      10.5 N*m  { 100 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

  5. CHECK CLUTCH FLUID LEAKAGE

  6. INSPECT AND ADJUST CLUTCH PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  7. CHECK FLUID LEVEL IN RESERVOIR
