CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER KIT

      Coat parts with lithium soap base glycol grease, shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the piston with spring into the cylinder.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the inside of the cylinder body.

    3. Install the stop plate to the push rod.

    4. Install the push rod to the cylinder body.

      While pushing the push rod, using snap ring pliers, install the snap ring.

    6. Install the boot to the cylinder body.

    7. Install the lock nut to the push rod.

      Install the push rod clevis to the push rod.

      Torque:
      11.8 N*m  { 120 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }
