CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER KIT


    1. A01KEZ0E01

      Loosen the lock nut and remove the push rod clevis from the push rod.

    2. Remove the lock nut from the push rod.

    3. Remove the boot from the cylinder body.

      While pushing the push rod, using snap ring pliers, remove the snap ring.

    5. Remove the push rod from the cylinder body.

      Note

      The piston may pop up out of the cylinder body. Therefore, slowly remove the push rod from the cylinder body.

    6. Remove the stop plate from the push rod.

    7. Remove the piston from the cylinder.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the inside of the cylinder body.
