STARTER (for 2.7 kW Type) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL STARTER ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the starter assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      69 N*m  { 700 kgf*cm, 51 in.*lbf }

    2. Install the starter stay with the 2 bolts and nut.

      Torque:
      12.5 N*m  { 130 kgf*cm, 9 in.*lbf, for starter assembly and starter stay }
      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 380 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf, for starter assembly and cylinder block }

    3. Connect the 30 terminal with the nut.

      Torque:
      21 N*m  { 215 kgf*cm, 15 in.*lbf }

    4. Connect the connector.
