CLUTCH PEDAL REMOVAL


  1. DRAIN CLUTCH FLUID

  2. REMOVE AIR DUCT NO.1 (RHD STEERING POSITION TYPE)


    1. Remove the 2 clips and the air duct.

  3. SEPARATE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER TO 2 WAY TUBE

      Using a union nut wrench, disconnect the tube.

    2. Remove the clutch reservoir tube from the clutch master cylinder.

      Tech Tips

      Use a container to catch the fluid.

  4. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL BRACKET

      Remove the 3 bolts.

    2. Remove the clutch pedal bracket.

  5. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER PUSH ROD CLEVIS W/HOLE PIN

      Remove the clip and the hole pin.

    2. Disconnect the clevis from the clutch pedal.

  6. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING (DOUBLE TIRE (2KD-FTV))

      Remove the clutch pedal spring.

  7. REMOVE TURN OVER SPRING SEAT COMPRESSION SPRING

      Remove the turn over spring from the clutch pedal bracket and the clutch pedal.

  8. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Mount the clutch pedal in a soft jaw vise.

      Remove the nut, washer and the clutch pedal shaft.

    3. Remove the clutch pedal from the clutch pedal bracket.

  9. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SHAFT COLLAR

      Remove the 2 clutch pedal bushes and the clutch pedal shaft collar from the clutch pedal.

  10. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL NO.1 CUSHION

      Remove the clutch pedal No. 1 cushion from the clutch pedal.

  11. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL TURNOVER BUSH


    1. A01KFFW

      Remove the turnover bush from the clutch pedal.

  12. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER PUSH ROD CLEVIS BUSH


    1. A01KHYK

      Using a hexagon wrench 8 mm and hammer, remove the clevis bush from the clutch pedal.

  13. REMOVE PEDAL SPRING HOOK (DOUBLE TIRE (2KD-FTV))

      Remove the spring hook from the clutch pedal.

  14. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL PAD


    1. Remove the pedal pad from the clutch pedal.
