RADIATOR INSTALLATION

INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

1. Independent front suspension:

   Install the 2 bolts placed in the lower side of radiator.

2. Rigid front suspension:

   Install the 4 bolts placed in the sides of radiator.

   Torque:

   11.5 N*m  { 115 kgf*cm, 8.4 ft.*lbf }

INSTALL RADIATOR BRACKET NO.1

1. Independent front suspension:

   Install the RH and LH brackets for radiator with the bolt.

   Torque:

   17.5 N*m  { 175 kgf*cm, 12.9 ft.*lbf }

2. Rigid front suspension:

   Install the RH and LH brackets for radiator with the bolts.

   Torque:

   17.5 N*m  { 175 kgf*cm, 12.9 ft.*lbf }

INSTALL SUB-RADIATOR SUPPORT

INSTALL RADIATOR HOSE OUTLET

INSTALL FAN PULLEY

1. Install the fan shroud and fan with coupling simultaneously.

2. Install the fan with coupling and fan pulley with the 4 nuts.

INSTALL FAN SHROUD

1. Install the fan shroud with the 2 bolts.

INSTALL FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT

INSTALL V (COOLER COMPRESSOR TO CRANKSHAFT PULLEY) BELT NO.1 (W/ AIR CONDITIONER)

INSTALL VANE PUMP V BELT

CONNECT RADIATOR RESERVE TANK HOSE

INSTALL TRANSMISSION FLOOR SHIFT ASSEMBLY (W/O TILT CAB CAB TYPE)

INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH (W/O TILT CAB CAB TYPE)

1. Install the front seat assembly RH to the engine service hole cover with the 4 bolts.

ADD COOLING WATER

CONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL

CHECK COOLANT LEAK
