RADIATOR REMOVAL


  1. DISCONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL

  2. DRAIN COOLANT

  3. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH (W/O TILT CAB CAB TYPE)


    1. A01KHOR

      Remove the seat track cover.

    2. Remove the 4 bolts.

    3. Remove the front seat assembly RH.

  4. REMOVE ENGINE SERVICE HOLE SUB COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (W/O TILT CAB CAB TYPE)


    1. Remove the front door scuff.

    2. Remove the floor mat.

    3. Remove the 7 bolts and the engine service hole sub-cover.

  5. REMOVE TRANSMISSION FLOOR SHIFT ASSEMBLY (W/O TILT CAB CAB TYPE)

  6. REMOVE RADIATOR HOSE INLET

  7. DISCONNECT RADIATOR RESERVE TANK HOSE

  8. REMOVE VANE PUMP V BELT

  9. REMOVE V (COOLER COMPRESSOR TO CRANKSHAFT PULLEY) BELT NO.1 (W/ AIR CONDITIONER)

  10. REMOVE FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT

    Tech Tips

    Loosen the 4 nuts holding the fan with coupling, and then remove the V belt.

  11. REMOVE FAN SHROUD


    1. Remove the 2 bolts, and then separate the fan shroud.

    2. Remove the 4 nuts holding the fan with coupling, and then take out the fan shroud together with the fan with coupling.

  12. REMOVE FAN PULLEY

  13. REMOVE RADIATOR HOSE OUTLET

  14. REMOVE SUB-RADIATOR SUPPORT

  15. REMOVE RADIATOR BRACKET NO.1


    1. Remove the bolt and RH and LH radiators for sides radiator.

  16. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. Independent front suspension:

      Remove the 2 bolts placed in the lower side of radiator, and then take out the radiator itself.

    2. Rigid front suspension:

      Remove the 4 bolts placed in the sides of radiator and then take out the radiator itself.
