WATER PUMP REMOVAL


  1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

  2. REMOVE FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT

  3. REMOVE FLUID COUPLING ASSEMBLY

    1. Stretch the belt tight drive and loosen the 4 pump pulley set nuts.

  4. REMOVE FAN PULLEY

  5. REMOVE WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the fan belt tensioner.

    2. Remove the timing belt.

    3. Remove the 5 bolts, nut, water pump and gasket.
