EXHAUST PIPE (w/ DPF) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR

      Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector and disengage the wire harness clamp.

      Using SST, remove the air fuel ratio sensor from the front exhaust pipe.

  2. REMOVE TAIL EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the 5 nuts, 3 bolts and the tail exhaust pipe assembly.

    2. Remove the gasket.

  3. REMOVE CENTER EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY (for Short and Long Wheelbase)

      Remove the 2 bolts and 2 compression springs.

    2. Separate the 2 No. 4 exhaust pipe supports and remove the center exhaust pipe assembly.

    3. Remove the gasket.

  4. REMOVE CENTER EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY (for Super Long and Extra Super Long Wheelbase)

      Remove the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.

    2. Separate the 2 No. 4 exhaust pipe supports and remove the center exhaust pipe assembly.

    3. Remove the gasket.

  5. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY (w/ Front No. 2 Exhaust Pipe)


    1. A01KHS4

      Remove the 2 bolts and 2 compression springs.

    2. Separate the No. 4 exhaust pipe support and remove the front No. 2 exhaust pipe assembly.

    3. Remove the gasket.

  6. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt and heat insulator bracket.

    2. Disconnect the exhaust gas temperature sensor connector.

    3. Disconnect the No. 2 exhaust gas temperature sensor connector.

    4. Disconnect the No. 3 exhaust gas temperature sensor connector.

      Remove the 2 clips and disconnect the 2 exhaust pipe air hoses.

    6. A01KFL8

      Remove the 3 nuts.

    7. Separate the 2 No. 4 exhaust pipe supports and remove the front exhaust pipe assembly.

  7. REMOVE EXHAUST GAS TEMPERATURE SENSOR

    1. Using a union nut wrench 14 mm, remove the exhaust gas temperature sensor.

    2. A01KHDL

      Using a union nut wrench 14 mm, remove the No. 2 exhaust gas temperature sensor.

    3. Using a union nut wrench 14 mm, remove the No. 3 exhaust gas temperature sensor.

  8. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 EXHAUST PIPE PROTECTOR


    1. A01KFL3

      Remove the 3 bolts and lower No. 1 exhaust pipe protector.

  9. REMOVE LOWER NO. 2 EXHAUST PIPE PROTECTOR

      Remove the 2 bolts and lower No. 2 exhaust pipe protector.
