TURBOCHARGER REMOVAL


  1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

  2. DISCONNECT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY FRONT

  3. DISCONNECT HOSES


    1. Disconnect the PCV hose and air cleaner hose No. 2.

    2. Disconnect the air hose No. 1.

    3. A01KGL9

      Disconnect the vacuum hose.

    4. Disconnect the 2 hoses of the turbo water pipe.

  4. REMOVE TURBOCHARGER ASSEMBLY


    1. A01KEJN

      Remove the union bolt and gasket.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and gasket.

    3. Remove the 2 bolts and turbo stay.

    4. Remove the 2 bolts of the exhaust gas control valve stay.

    5. Remove the 3 nuts, gasket and turbocharger assembly from the exhaust manifold.

  5. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD CONVERTER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the 4 nuts, gasket and exhaust manifold converter with the exhaust gas control valve.

  6. REMOVE COMPRESSOR OUTLET ELBOW


    1. Remove the 2 bolts and compressor stay.

    2. Remove the outlet elbow.

  7. REMOVE TURBO WATER PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY NO.1


    1. Remove the 2 nuts, gasket and turbo water pipe.

  8. REMOVE TURBO OIL INLET PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the 2 nuts, gasket and turbo oil pipe.
