RADIATOR INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the 2 bolts placed in the lower side of radiator.

  2. INSTALL RADIATOR BRACKET NO.1

  3. INSTALL RADIATOR HOSE INLET

  4. INSTALL INTERCOOLER ASSEMBLY

  5. INSTALL SUB-RADIATOR SUPPORT

  6. INSTALL HOSE CLAMPS

  7. INSTALL FLUID COUPLING ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the fan shroud and fan with coupling simultaneously.

    2. Install the fan with coupling and fan pulley with the 4 nuts.

    3. Install the fan shroud with the 2 bolts.

  8. INSTALL RADIATOR RESERVE TANK HOSE

  9. INSTALL RADIATOR HOSE OUTLET

  10. INSTALL ENGINE SERVICE HOLE SUB COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (W/O TILT CAB CAB TYPE)


    1. Install the front door scuff.

    2. Install the floor mat.

    3. Install the engine service hole sub-cover with the 7 bolts.

  11. INSTALL PARKING BRAKE SHOE LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (W/O TILT CAB CAB TYPE)

  12. INSTALL TRANSMISSION FLOOR SHIFT ASSEMBLY (W/O TILT CAB CAB TYPE)

  13. INSTALL FLOOR SHIFT CABLE TRANSMISSION CONTROL SHIFT


    1. Install the clip and nut, and then connect the shift cable to the transmission.

  14. INSTALL FLOOR SHIFT CABLE TRANSMISSION CONTROL SELECT


    1. Install the clip and nut, and then connect the select cable to the transmission.

  15. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (DRIVER SEAT) (W/O TILT CAB CAB TYPE)

  16. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH (W/O TILT CAB CAB TYPE)

  17. INSTALL BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL

  18. REFILL ENGINE COOLANT

  19. CHECK ENGINE COOLANT LEAK
