THERMOSTAT INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL THERMOSTAT

    1. Install a new gasket to the thermostat.

      *a 60 °

      Install the thermostat with the jiggle valve upward.

      Tech Tips

      The jiggle valve may be set within 60°of either side of the prescribed position.

    3. A01KEVJ

      Install the water inlet with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      13 N*m  { 130 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Torque the 2 upper bolts first.

  2. INSTALL WATER INLET

  3. INSTALL GENERATOR ASSEMBLY

  4. INSTALL AIR CLEANER PIPE

  5. INSTALL ENGINE SIDE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  6. INSTALL FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT

  7. INSTALL ENGINE SERVICE HOLE SUB COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (RHD STEERING POSITION TYPE)

  8. INSTALL ENGINE SERVICE HOLE SUB COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (W/O TILT CAB CAB TYPE)


    1. Install the front door scuff.

    2. Install the floor mat.

    3. Install the engine service hole sub-cover with the 7 bolts.

  9. INSTALL PARKING BRAKE SHOE LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (W/O TILT CAB CAB TYPE)

  10. INSTALL TRANSMISSION FLOOR SHIFT ASSEMBLY (W/O TILT CAB CAB TYPE)

  11. INSTALL FLOOR SHIFT CABLE TRANSMISSION CONTROL SHIFT


    1. Install the clip and nut, and then connect the shift cable to the transmission.

  12. INSTALL FLOOR SHIFT CABLE TRANSMISSION CONTROL SELECT


    1. Install the clip and nut, and then connect the select cable to the transmission.

  13. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (DRIVER SEAT) (W/O TILT CAB CAB TYPE)

  14. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH (W/O TILT CAB CAB TYPE)

  15. REFILL ENGINE COOLANT

  16. INSTALL BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL

  17. CHECK ENGINE COOLANT LEAK
