FUEL INJECTION NOZZLE REMOVAL


  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  2. REMOVE ENGINE SERVICE HOLE SUB COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (W/O TILT CAB CAB TYPE)

  3. REMOVE THROTTLE CONTROL CABLE SUPPORT

    Tech Tips

    Remove the accelerator flexible wire assembly together with the bracket.

  4. REMOVE INTAKE AIR CONNECTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

  5. REMOVE THROTTLE CABLE BRACKET

  6. REMOVE ACCELERATOR LINK ASSEMBLY NO.2

  7. REMOVE STARTER ASSEMBLY

  8. REMOVE INJECTION PIPE SET

  9. REMOVE FUEL HOSE

  10. REMOVE GLOW PLUG NO.1 CONNECTOR


    1. Remove the vehicle's side wire harness, glow plug screw grommet and nut, and then disconnect the glow plug connector No. 1.

  11. REMOVE NOZZLE LEAKAGE PIPE ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the 4 nuts, nozzle leakage pipe assembly and washer.

  12. REMOVE NOZZLE HOLDER AND NOZZLE SET


    1. Using SST, remove the set of holder and nozzle.

    2. Remove the nozzle sheet and nozzle sheet gasket.
