EGR COOLER (w/ EGR Cooler Bypass Valve) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL NO. 2 EGR VALVE ASSEMBLY

    A01KI6IE02

    1. Temporarily install a new gasket and the No. 2 EGR valve assembly with the 6 bolts to the EGR cooler assembly.

    2. Using hexagon wrench (6 mm), tighten the 6 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      28 N*m  { 286 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE

    A01KG0M

    1. Install the No. 2 vacuum switching valve with screw.

  3. INSTALL WATER BY-PASS HOSE

      Make sure the direction of the hose clamp is as shown in the illustration.
