EGR COOLER (w/ EGR Cooler Bypass Valve) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE WATER BY-PASS HOSE

    1. Loosen the 2 clamps and remove the water by-pass hose.

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE

    1. Remove the screw and No.2 vacuum switching valve.

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 EGR VALVE ASSEMBLY

    1. Using a hexagon wrench (6 mm), remove the 6 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

    2. Remove the No. 2 EGR valve assembly from the EGR cooler assembly.
