FUEL TANK (for Single Cab) REMOVAL


  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  2. DRAIN FUEL

  3. DISCONNECT FUEL SENDER GAGE CONNECTOR

      Disconnect the fuel sender gage connector and separate the harness clamp (for 60 Litter Tank).

    2. A01KG5E

      Disconnect fuel sender gage connector and separate the harness clamp (for 80 Litter Tank).

  4. DISCONNECT NO. 1 FUEL MAIN TUBE


    1. A01KGOA

      Loosen the clip and disconnect the No. 1 fuel main tube (for 60 Litter Tank).

    2. A01KEKD

      Loosen the clip and disconnect the No. 1 fuel main tube (for 80 Litter Tank).

  5. DISCONNECT FUEL MAIN TUBE


    1. A01KE9G

      Loosen the clip and disconnect the fuel main tube (for 60 Litter Tank).

    2. A01KI3N

      Loosen the clip and disconnect the fuel main tube (for 80 Litter Tank).

  6. DISCONNECT FUEL EVAPORATIVE SEPARATOR FUEL HOSE


    1. A01KGWQ

      Loosen the clip and disconnect fuel evaporative separator fuel hose (for 60 Litter Tank).

    2. A01KFDZ

      Loosen the clip and clamp and disconnect fuel evaporative separator fuel hose (for 80 Litter Tank).

  7. REMOVE FUEL TANK


    1. A01KFOB

      Remove the 4 nuts and remove the fuel tank band and fuel tank .

  8. REMOVE FUEL SENDER GAGE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01KHCP

      Remove the 5 screws and remove the fuel sender gage assembly and gasket (for 60 Litter Tank).

    2. A01KF29

      Remove the 5 screws and remove the fuel sender gage assembly and gasket (for 80 Litter Tank).

  9. REMOVE FUEL CUT OFF VALVE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01KI7G

      Remove the 5 screws and remove the fuel cut off valve assembly, fuel tank support tube plate and gasket (for 60 Litter Tank).

    2. A01KIA2

      Loosen the 2 clips and 3 clamps and disconnect evaporation hose (for 80 Litter Tank).

    3. A01KFB6

      Remove the 8 screws and remove the 2 fuel cut off valve assemblies and 2 gaskets (for 80 Litter Tank).

  10. REMOVE FUEL TANK VENT TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01KHSX

      Remove the 6 bolts and remove the fuel tank vent tube sub-assembly and gasket (for 60 Litter Tank).

    2. A01KFXA

      Remove the 6 bolts and remove the fuel tank vent tube sub-assembly and gasket (for 80 Litter Tank).
