ACCELERATOR PEDAL INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL ACCELERATOR PEDAL (for LHD)


    1. A01KFVZ

      Install the pedal with the pin.

    2. Install the accelerator pedal with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      19 N*m  { 194 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }
    3. A01KGPH

      Install the nut.

      Torque:
      19 N*m  { 194 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }

    4. Connect the accel position sensor connector.

    5. A01KFJB

      Connect the accelerator wire with the clip.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR DUCT (for LHD)

    A01KGD5

    1. Install the air duct with the 2 clips.

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 AIR DUCT (for LHD)

    1. Install the air duct with the 2 clips (for Cold Area Specification Vehicles).

    2. A01KHSM

      Install the air duct with the clip (except Cold Area Specification Vehicles).

  4. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE (for LHD)


    1. A01KFSL

      Install the radiator grille with the 9 clips and screw.

  5. INSTALL ACCELERATOR PEDAL (for RHD)


    1. A01KFIL

      Install the accelerator pedal with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

    2. Install the pedal to the accelerator link rod.

    3. Connect the accel position sensor connector.

    4. A01KHWL

      Connect the accelerator wire with the clip.

  6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Torque:
    6.4 N*m  { 65 kgf*cm, 56 in.*lbf }
