ACCELERATOR PEDAL REMOVAL


  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  2. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE (for LHD)


    1. A01KFSL

      Remove the screw and 9 clips and remove the radiator grille.

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR DUCT (for LHD)

    1. Remove the 2 clips and remove the air duct (for Cold Area Specification Vehicles).

    2. A01KHSM

      Remove the clip and remove the air duct (except Cold Area Specification Vehicles).

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR DUCT (for LHD)

    1. Remove the 2 clips and the air duct.

  5. REMOVE ACCELERATOR PEDAL (for LHD)


    1. A01KGPH

      Remove the nut.

    2. A01KFJB

      Remove the clip and separate the accelerator wire.

    3. Disconnect the accel position sensor connector.

    4. A01KFVZ

      Remove the 2 bolts and remove the accelerator pedal.

    5. Remove the pin and remove the pedal.

  6. REMOVE ACCELERATOR PEDAL (for RHD)


    1. A01KHWL

      Remove the clip and separate the accelerator wire.

    2. Disconnect the accel position sensor connector.

    3. Separate the pedal from the accelerator link rod.

    4. A01KFIL

      Remove the 3 bolts and remove the accelerator pedal.
