INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR (w/o DPF) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR

    A01KG4O

    1. Using a 22 mm deep socket wrench, install a new gasket and the intake air temperature sensor.

      Torque:
      34 N*m  { 350 kgf*cm, 25 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the intake air temperature sensor connector.

  2. INSTALL ENGINE SIDE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. for Single Cab:

      Install the engine side cover sub-assembly LH with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      12 N*m  { 117 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

    2. for Double Cab:

      Install the engine side cover sub-assembly LH with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      12 N*m  { 117 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

  3. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Torque:
    6.4 N*m  { 65 kgf*cm, 56 in.*lbf }
