CLUTCH PEDAL REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  3. DISCONNECT WIRE HARNESS CONNECTOR


    1. Disconnect the power take-off clutch switch connector.

    2. Disconnect the exhaust retarder switch connector.

    3. Disconnect the clutch pedal stroke sensor connector.

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 CLUTCH BOOSTER VACUUM HOSE

      Slide the 2 clips and disconnect the No. 1 clutch booster vacuum hose from the booster vacuum tube and clutch with air cleaner booster assembly.

    2. Remove the 2 clamps and No. 1 clutch booster vacuum hose.

  5. REMOVE PEDAL BRACKET ASSEMBLY

  6. REMOVE CLAMP

      Remove the 2 clamps.

  7. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 4 bolts and clutch pedal bracket sub-assembly from the pedal bracket assembly.

  8. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER PUSH ROD CLEVIS

      Remove the clip, hole pin and clutch master cylinder push rod clevis from the clutch with air cleaner booster assembly.

  9. REMOVE CLUTCH WITH AIR CLEANER BOOSTER ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 4 nuts and clutch with air cleaner booster assembly from the clutch pedal bracket sub-assembly.

  10. REMOVE POWER TAKE-OFF CLUTCH SWITCH ASSEMBLY

      Remove the nut and power take-off clutch switch assembly from the clutch pedal bracket sub-assembly.

  11. REMOVE EXHAUST RETARDER SWITCH ASSEMBLY

      Remove the nut and exhaust retarder switch assembly from the clutch pedal bracket sub-assembly.

  12. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL STROKE SENSOR ASSEMBLY

      Detach the clamp.

    2. A01CHQF

      Remove the 2 nuts and clutch pedal stroke sensor assembly.

  13. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL STOPPER BOLT


    1. A01CIFY

      Loosen the lock nut and remove the clutch pedal stopper bolt from the clutch pedal bracket sub-assembly.

  14. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CHRV

      Disconnect the clutch pedal spring from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.

    2. A01CGPN

      Remove the nut, bolt and clutch pedal sub-assembly from the clutch pedal bracket sub-assembly.

  15. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING


    1. Remove the clutch pedal spring.

  16. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SHAFT COLLAR

      *2 Clutch Pedal Shaft Collar

      Remove the 2 clutch pedal bushes and clutch pedal shaft collar from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.

  17. REMOVE NO. 1 CLUTCH PEDAL CUSHION


    1. Remove the 3 No. 1 clutch pedal cushions from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.

  18. REMOVE NO. 2 CLUTCH PEDAL CUSHION


    1. A01CIFCJ01

      Using SST and a press, press out the No. 2 clutch pedal cushion from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.

  19. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL PAD


    1. Remove the clutch pedal pad from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.
