EXHAUST PIPE REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL NO. 7 EXHAUST PIPE SUPPORT BRACKET


    1. Install the No. 7 exhaust pipe support bracket with the 3 bolts and 3 nuts.

      Torque:
      35 N*m  { 357 kgf*cm, 26 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 EXHAUST PIPE


    1. Temporarily install the No. 2 exhaust pipe with the union nut, bolt and nut.

      Note

      Before installing the No. 2 exhaust pipe, clean the threads of the union nut and apply anti-seize lubricant.

    2. Install the bolt and nut.

      Torque:
      18 N*m  { 184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }

    3. Using a 14 mm union nut wrench, tighten the No. 2 exhaust pipe union nut.

      Torque:
      33 N*m  { 337 kgf*cm, 24 ft.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL NO. 8 EXHAUST PIPE SUPPORT BRACKET


    1. Install the No. 8 exhaust pipe support bracket with the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      35 N*m  { 357 kgf*cm, 26 ft.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL NO. 4 EXHAUST PIPE


    1. Install the No. 4 exhaust pipe with the bolt and nut.

      Torque:
      18 N*m  { 184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }
