EXHAUST PIPE REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE TAIL EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY (for Rear)


    1. Disconnect the No. 1 exhaust pipe support and then remove the 2 nuts and tail exhaust pipe assembly.

  2. REMOVE TAIL EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY (for Front)

      Disconnect the No. 1 exhaust pipe support and then remove the 2 nuts and tail exhaust pipe assembly.

  3. REMOVE EXHAUST RETARDER ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CIBFE01

      Disconnect the vacuum hose.

    2. A01CHNOE01

      Remove the 4 bolts and exhaust retarder assembly.

    3. Remove the 2 gaskets from the exhaust retarder assembly.

  4. REMOVE EXHAUST GAS TEMPERATURE SENSOR


    1. Disconnect the exhaust gas temperature sensor connector.

    2. A01CI3ZE01

      Using a union nut wrench (14 mm), loosen the union nut and remove the exhaust gas temperature sensor.

  5. REMOVE NO. 2 EXHAUST GAS TEMPERATURE SENSOR


    1. Disconnect the No. 2 exhaust gas temperature sensor connector and clamp.

    2. A01CIG0E01

      Using a union nut wrench (14 mm), loosen the union nut and remove the No. 2 exhaust gas temperature sensor.

  6. REMOVE CENTER EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the 2 differential pressure sensor hoses.

    2. A01CI0EE01

      Remove the 3 nuts, 3 cushions and center exhaust pipe assembly.

  7. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01CHG1

      Remove the bolt.

    2. A01CI20E01

      Remove the 3 nuts and front exhaust pipe assembly.

    3. Remove the gasket.
