DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR ASSEMBLY


    1. Slide the clip and disconnect the differential pressure sensor hose from the differential pressure sensor assembly.

      Connect SST to the differential pressure sensor assembly as shown in the illustration.

    3. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

      Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      E36-7 (PEX) - E35-14 (E21) 0 kPa 0.75 V

      20 kPa (0.2 kgf/cm2, 2.8 psi)

      		 1.53 V

      100 kPa (1.0 kgf/cm2, 14 psi)

      		 4.65 V

    5. Disconnect SST from the differential pressure sensor assembly.

    6. Connect the differential pressure sensor hose to the differential pressure sensor assembly and a new clip to secure the hose.
