ELECTRIC EGR CONTROL VALVE INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT EGR VALVE ASSEMBLY


    1. Inspect the EGR solenoid valve.


      1. A01CIZ7E01

        Measure the resistance.

        Standard resistance
        Tester Connection Specified Condition
        1 (EGR) - 5 (+B) 25.5 to 29.5 Ω

        If the result is not as specified, replace the EGR valve.

    2. Inspect the EGR valve lift sensor.


      1. A01CIZ7E01

        Measure the resistance.

        Standard resistance
        Tester Connection Specified Condition
        2 (E2) - 3 (VC) 2.45 to 4.55 Ω
        2 (E2) - 4 (EGLS) 2.45 to 4.55 Ω
