DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR ASSEMBLY


    1. Disconnect the differential pressure sensor assembly hose.

    2. Connect SST to the differential pressure sensor assembly.

    3. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.

      Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard voltage
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      B27 (PEX) - A28 (E2) 0 kPa 0.75 V

      20 kPa (0.2 kgf/cm2, 2.8 psi)

      		 1.53 V

      100 kPa (1.0 kgf/cm2, 14 psi)

      		 4.65 V

    5. Disconnect SST from the differential pressure sensor assembly.

    6. Connect the differential pressure sensor assembly hose.
