  1. REMOVE INTAKE VALVE

      Using SST, remove the retainer locks, then remove the retainer, compression spring and valve.

      Tech Tips

      Keep the removed parts in the correct order so that they can be returned to their original positions when reassembled.

  2. REMOVE EXHAUST VALVE

      Using SST, remove the retainer locks, then remove the retainer, compression spring and valve.

  3. REMOVE VALVE STEM OIL SHIELD


    1. Using needle-nose pliers, remove the valve stem oil shield.
